Marco Torriani is an actor best known for roles featured in Blue Bloods (CBS), TURN (AMC), the TIFF Netpac Award-winning film Margarita With A Straw (w/ Kalki Koechlin, and William Moseley), Endstation Theater Company’s production of Ring of Fire (w/ dir. Jimmy Maize - Associate Director for Broadway’s Spongebob The Musical & Gross Indecency starring Sally Field, David Hyde Pierce, Michael C. Hall, Tony Kushner), 20th Century Fox’s US/Canadian tour of Alvin and The Chipmunks: The Musical, and his lead role in the award winning short film John Dablovski: Reality T.V Star. Marco has worked under the tutelage of Fay Simpson (former coach to Lupita N’yongo at the Yale School of Drama), Dared Wright (former couch to James Gandolfini), Elena McGhee (Louie, Child of God), and Zisan Urgulu (resident director of the world renowned La MaMa Theater in New York City). Marco is the grandson of acclaimed Swiss actor/singer, Vico Torriani, and has both US & Swiss citizenship. Marco is one of those actors that embraces challenge, and through his devotion to his characters and craft has both impacted and entertained audiences both nation & world wide.
